NEW! Classes for players ages 7-10

KIDS PRO SOCCER cooperates closely with schools and parents. Consequently, any private, as well as non-private organization may create a soccer class, and become a manager (soccer class coordinator). This process is easy and very beneficial for the class manager.

Kids Pro Soccer will provide an indoor location based on general availability. In case the suggested location, time or day is not convenient for the group, a manager will be able to find an indoor facility on their own after consulting with KPS.

Go to www.KidsProSoccer.com , Contact Us link, and send us an email with the following information:
- your full name;
- address; and
- home phone, work phone, and cell phone number
You need to gather a minimum of 12 kids, in order to have your own class.
You need to determine the day and time you would like to practice, and schedule it with KPS as soon as possible in order to assure the time slot availability.
The manager needs to provide us with a location where the practices would be held. If such a location is unavailable, we will find one.
Call us, or email us, so we can provide you with more details on the class organization, helpful tips on how to recruit players, and to answer any questions you may have. |

- A manager is a contact person between parents and Kids Pro Soccer.
- All registration forms and payments should be mailed by the manager (if he/she is the person gathering payments) to Kids Pro Soccer at least a week before the starting date.
- If parents are mailing their payments, or registering and paying online individually, it is manager’s responsibility to prompt parents to submit their payments at least a week before the starting date, and follow up on the status of payments. Kids Pro Soccer will be in contact with the manger in order to keep him/her informed as well.

In case of not receiving all the necessary payments a week before the starting date, please contact us so we can approach the situation.
All payments must be made in full at least a week before the starting date. In case of not receiving all the necessary payments –minimum 12, the class may be cancelled due to lack of payments.

Coaches will not be accepting individual registrations, or payments on the field. In case of late registrations while on the field, parents should submit forms and payments to their manager.
Participants with either no registration form, or payment, will not be allowed on the field under no circumstances.

The minimum number of participants in order to organize a class is 12. However, if the manager doesn’t meet the required number, but would like the class to be held, the fee per child may be higher in order to compensate the lower number of participants. In case of more than 18 participants, Kids Pros Soccer will provide a second coach.

We would also like to remind all parents that there are no refunds after the starting date. There is a $45 fee in case of cancellation before the starting date.

In case of inclement weather, the manager's responsibility is to inform all the parents about the class cancellation. Kids Pro Soccer will inform all managers about any cancellation. However, parents can call Kids Pro Soccer to find if the class is canceled or not. Any cancellation resulted in inclement weather will be made up at the end of the season.
