SOCCERnFIT combines cross-training and soccer creating opportunity that has amazing physical and mental benefits. It’s more beneficial than just parking yourself on the cross-trainer at the gym. Soccer involves running, walking, sprinting and jumping. The very nature of soccer as a game of constant movement keeps the muscles engaged over long periods of time, which is great for overall muscle tone.

 

SOCCERnFIT is designed for and inspired by Adults and Teens (12 and up) where parents and teens come together, and modern moms looking for fun and effective workout.

No soccer experience or fitness level is needed.

 

Class Fee: $175

Time Frame: 7 weeks
